At Mind Full Therapyy, we are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services tailored to your individual needs. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we have implemented a no refund policy.

Policy Details

1. Service Commitment
   • All services rendered, including therapy sessions, workshops, and packages, are designed to support your mental wellness journey. Once a service is booked and delivered, it is considered consumed.
2. Appointment Cancellations
   • We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the session.
3. Package Purchases
   • For clients purchasing therapy packages, please note that all sessions must be utilized within the designated time frame outlined at the time of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
4. No Refunds
   • All payments made for services at Mind Full Therapyy are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, one-on-one therapy sessions, group workshops, and any other therapeutic services provided.
5. Exceptions
   • While we generally adhere to this no refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Any decisions regarding refunds or credits will be made at the discretion of Mind Full Therapyy management.
